For best results, print in polycarbonate with default orcaslicer Generic PC Settings. Print with 5 walls using a 0.4 nozzle and a 0.2 layer height. 10% infill with hexagonal infill settings and 2mm top / bottom walls.

Raw PET filament (not fiber reinforced) is second best to polycarbonate in my testing and can be
printed on a base model ender 3 with no modifications or enclosures.

If your printer cannot print polycarbonate, print in PETG. You may need to spray mold with canola oil or vegetable oil using PETG for easier release of the baits from the mold. Use 7 walls with 3mm top/bottom layer with PETG.

Sand mating surfaces and spray molds with vegetable oil after printing to reduce flashing.
